Photographing a Whitefish Montana winter wonderland wedding was a true honor for Brooke Peterson Photography.  Meet Lindley and Jared.  These two are a God following, snowboard loving, mountain bike racing, fun loving couple.  Their ceremony was at the cutest little church (First Presbyterian) in downtown Whitefish, MT.  The day started off just down the road at Grouse Mountain Lodge where Lindley was getting ready with her beautiful bridesmaids.  It wasn’t long before I was tearing up as Lindley was about to see Jared for the first time (her “first look”).  It was such a magical moment to watch – we always feel so blessed when we get to watch these special times. ;)  Shortly after that we heard one of our favorite wedding day quotes of all time from Lindley, “AHH – I LOVE getting married… I wish I could get married everyday!  Of course to you Jared.”  So much fun!

After photographing their big moment together we snuck off for a quick downtown Whitefish picture session. They both looked dazzling as they prepared to walk down the aisle.  Before they exchanged vows we stopped by the Red Caboose for a delicious hot chocolate and a couple more pics near City Beach on Whitefish Lake.  It truly was a perfect wedding with an incredible setting.  It felt as if we were inside a snow globe!

The best part for us is that we get to call these two our friends.  Thank you so much Lindley and Jared for having us be a part of your wedding day!

Last month we had the honor to photograph a beautiful couple in Billings, MT.  After photographing their engagement session in July we knew we would have a blast capturing the wedding day.  Dawn and Dan are truly some of the nicest people we have ever met.  Throughout the wedding day you could see the love friends and family had for these two.  The wedding was set at the Billings Depot – one of our favorite venues to photograph in Billings.  Thank you two for having us be a part of your special day. :)

This fall we had the chance to photograph Jess and Robert Hatch in their wedding get up for the second time.  (Click here to see their wedding day photos).  The Hatch family is in the beginning stages of opening up their beautiful Colorado mountain property into a wedding venue.  Who better to model for some promotional photos than Mr. & Mrs. Hatch!  This frosty aspen Colorado backdrop is the perfect place to tie the knot.  Thanks Hatch family for having us up – we look forward to many fun celebrations here to come!

Kristin and Drew threw such a fun wedding at Lower Lake Ranch in Pine, Colorado.  We had a blast photographing their wedding day.  They were able to celebrate with family and friends from across the country, work through an unexpected down pour, and Drew even had time to fly fish (he caught a large rainbow trout on his first cast)!  We were honored to play a part in their special celebration.  Congrats to you both… may your years be filled with more love, fun and adventure!

We were so thrilled to shoot this wedding!  Lyndie walked down the aisle to meet Tom at The Tapestry House in Laporte, Colorado.  Before we headed to the venue site, we took some shots downtown Fort Collins in some alleyways and near the old post office.  It was a fabulous celebration- so many loving family and friends travelled to support them and Lyndie and Tom were so grateful.  Their genuineness shined through all day.  Thank you for having us photograph your perfect day Lyndie and Tom!
