Congratulations to an amazing Montana bride and groom – Margo and Ethan! We had so much fun photographing their spectacular Big Sky, Montana wedding at Big Sky Resort. Margo and Ethan are some of the most fun, caring, giving, and all around-cool people. It was so fun to see Margo and Ethan celebrate with the entire Big Sky community on their wedding day. There was an abundance of laughing, smiling, hugging, cheersing, jamming and story-telling fun! It was an honor to be their Big Sky Montana wedding photographers for such an awesome union of two great people!
Margo has spent the last several years planning, organizing, and coordinating other couple’s weddings in Big Sky. Ethan has been heavily involved in bringing great bluegrass music into the the Bozeman and Big Sky area as well as managing bands. Now it was time for these two to enjoy their own hard work by celebrating their wedding and enjoying great music with all their family and friends. Their Big Sky wedding truly felt like a Montana summer party- the weather was perfect as well!
We will always have a special place in our hearts for Big Sky, MT because that’s where we were married. Naturally, we are so excited when we get asked to be Big Sky Montana wedding photographers. It makes us think back to our own wedding in Big Sky, MT where we reunited with friends, visited with family from far off places, and celebrated the beautiful union of marriage under the Big Sky of Montana. Now we are looking forward to another lovely season being Montana Wedding Photographers. We are blessed to photograph so many amazing brides and grooms, families, and friends from all over the world as they gather in celebration of the people they love!
Last summer was filled with so many unforgettable weddings. We wanted to share a few fun Montana Wedding Pictures and Colorado Wedding Pictures from our 2013 Rocky Mountain weddings. Our wedding season had some great moments, starting with Jonna and Ben’s wedding in Helena, MT. Their love for each other was seriously contagious. It was also fun to learn that Ben’s family has a tradition of escorting the bride off in a wheelbarrow to finish the day. Another great memory was how we met Jessica and Robert. It started at Starbucks as we overheard them talking about wedding photography. Long story short we photographed their incredible Colorado wedding in the Rocky Mountains outside Golden, CO. Now we get to call them great friends! Our wedding season finished up perfectly as we photographed a great winter Montana wedding in Whitefish, MT. Lindley and Jared’s wedding was a true celebration of love, fun, family, and friends. It felt like we were all inside a snow globe. We had so much fun in Whitefish at their wedding that we decided to open up another Brooke Peterson Photography location there.
