These two were a delight to photograph!  We were blessed with the most amazing weather, combined with the perfect time of day.  We also photographed them in one of our favorite places- Golden, Colorado!  We moved from there just over a year ago and we hold so many great memories so close to our hearts in this Rocky Mountain town.  Molly and Zach were in our church small group, so we were ecstatic when they chose us as their wedding and engagement photographers!  Being a Montana wedding photographer is fun and all, but we love when we get to switch it up and travel for work.

We felt honored to be Red Lodge Montana wedding photographers for Cammie and Braden this summer at Wildflower Weddings.  These two are the best.  You could see it in their eyes as we photographed through the rain and the shine.  Braden truly adores Cammie and Cammie loves her Braden sooooo much!

Braden and Cammie chose to do a first look.  Right before Cammie came out to find her groom the weather became overcast and rainy!  Cammie was 100% up for it anyway and used our trusty clear umbrella for her walk to Braden.  They turned out to be some of our favorite pictures of the season.  Seeing them snuggled together under the umbrella was warming to our hearts and our chilled feet!  We also had a chance to snap a couple shots under the beverage bar building through the rain.  As wedding photographers, we love when weather changes from rain, to shine, to snow (sometimes). :) Well it is Montana and it is so much fun to photograph the constant changes!

Hip hip hooray, Lindsay Wendt is on her way to graduating from Whitefish High School today… (well not today, but this May!).  Lindsay and I had the best time during the early morning Montana light for her senior picture session a couple weeks ago.  This girl is so so so cute and I loved getting to capture her natural beauty, curly hair, and contagious laugh through my lens. Lindsay also was selected to be one of our 2015 Senior Class Picture Models last spring.  We had a blast getting to know Lindsay and work with her on that fun program.

We at Brooke Peterson Photography love being Montana senior photographers.  It is so much fun to capture that point in life when so much change is just around the corner.  We always consider it an honor to get to photograph Montana senior pictures because of that big jump into adulthood is approaching so fast! We had the best time being Montana wedding photographers in Coeur d’Alene, ID for Courtney and David’s beautiful mountain wedding. It was such an honor when Courtney approached us last year about photographing her destination wedding in Idaho.  We were anticipating this one for a long time… to see Courtney as a bride was going to be breathtaking!  And it was. :) Courtney is not the typical bride- she is the girl other brides go to for all their wedding day help and ideas. It made us all so excited to see what she would come up with for her own wedding!  She runs an amazing style blog, manages a beautiful Montana bridal boutique, coaches high school volleyball, and is constantly dreaming up fun events and get-togethers for everyone to enjoy. As you look through the wedding day pictures below you will see her talents conveyed through all the images!

Photographing Courtney and David’s engagement session in Glacier National Park last winter made us really excited for their wedding day in Coeur d’Alene.  Courtney and David’s faith-based ceremony was absolutely beautiful- it started with her dad praying over them and ended with every guest getting the chance to partake in communion.  What powerful moments and testimonies of their faith as a couple!

We love traveling for destination weddings. Congratulations to Darrin Williams and Cassie Smart- now Mr. and Mrs. Williams!  We at Brooke Peterson Photography had the best time being your Montana wedding photographers in Billings, MT.  Cassie looked gorgeous (as usual) and Darrin was cleaned up and looking very handsome as well.  These two had such a wonderful Montana wedding at Chancey’s Event Center just outside of Billings in Huntley, MT.  How can you beat being married under the Big Sky of Montana?!  I don’t think you can. :)

Cassie is the sweetest Montana girl out there.  She is stunningly beautiful inside and out!  We knew Cassie and Darrin’s wedding was going to be the best celebration because we had a blast photographing their engagement session in Billings last winter- with a cozy campfire and s’mores.  It was so fun to see their friends and family come from all over to honor their love and their leap into marriage.
